misselise: From now till valentines day i am cooking a meal a day for Gina (trust me, this is a huge deal- I’ve mayyybe cooked 3 times in the last year). I’m so going to make this for breakfast one day. Mmmmm… I love me some egg and avocado. Never had them together, but it sounds and looks amazing :)  These are okay. You really gotta limit how much of the egg actually goes into them so they don’t get all over the place.
